摘要
通过将BLOG/博客群引入高校师范生实习过程中,结合Blog的教育特点和功能,分析现行教育实习存在的问题,构建BLOG/博客群的反思共享式教育实习指导模式,并对该模式进行行动研究,目的是解决教育实习中的师生交流不充分和学生反思能力低等问题,为高师院校对教育实习的管理和提高教育实习质量提供参考依据。
Through introducing BLOG/BLOG group of college students in the process of the internship, it combines the education characteristics with the function of BLOG, and analyses the problems existing in the current education practice. Then it builds up a rethinking-sharing practice guidance mode based on BLOG/BLOG group, and researches this mode to solve the problems of poor communication between teachers and students and low capacity for rethinking of students in the education internship. It provides some references for the management and improvement of the college education practice.
