摘要
实习作为师范生职前教育的主要实践教学环节,其质量的高低不仅是衡量高校教育教学质量的重要指标,而且影响着未来基础教育教学的质量,通过对师范生实习中存在的师生交流不足、实习指导不充分及实习资源缺乏等问题产生的原因分析,构建面向师范生实习的虚拟学习社区,旨在为高师院校探寻实习指导模式和提高实习质量提供借鉴。
Practice of normal students as the main practice teaching link of prevoeational education, its quality is not only an important index to measure the quality of education in universities, but also affects the quality of basic education, through the analysis of the reasons for the existence of the teacher and students in the practice of normal school students lack of communication, the problem of practice guidance is not fully and practice lack of resources etc., constructs the practice of normal school students in the virtual learning community, aims at teachers colleges to explore the practice guidance mode and improves the quality of teaching practice to provide reference.
