摘要
伴随博彩业的繁荣发展,澳门的经济取得了连续的高增长。与此同时,澳门地区的房价也水涨船高,中低收入居民的住房问题成为澳门特区政府亟须解决的难题。尽管公共部门已经通过提供经济房屋和社会房屋等相关公共服务,然而高企的房价仍然成为澳门居民的重大民生问题。基于行政生态学理论、新公共管理理论、多源流政策理论、公共治理理论和后现代公共行政理论的分析,将能进一步探索出政府行为的路径依赖。
Macao＇s economy has achieved a continuous high growth with gambling prosperous development. House priceshave increased at the same time.The Macao SAR government needs to solve the low and middle-income residents＇ housingproblem as soon as possible. Despite the public sector has been provided related public services of the economic housing andsocial housing,high prices remain a major livelihood issue for the Macao residents to live and work cheerfully and comfort-ably. Based on the analysis of ecology administrative theory,new public management theory,more origin policy theory,publicgovernance theory,and postmodern public administration theory,it will be able to further explore the path dependence of gov-ernment behavior.
