在外就餐对职业人群饮食和运动的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF DINING OUT ON DIETARY BEHAVIORS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AMONG PROFESSIONALS

摘要 目的 了解职业人群在外就餐行为及其对蔬菜水果摄入水平、身体活动水平等生活方式的影响。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,在北京市顺义区、海淀区和浙江省嘉兴市、桐乡市选取35~60岁的非重体力劳动职业人群,以食物频率表回顾性调查过去一年中蔬菜水果的消费情况,以全球体力活动问卷收集身体活动信息。蔬菜水果摄入充足指平均每天合计蔬菜水果摄入量≥400 g,身体活动达标指平均每天中等强度以上身体活动≥150MET-min。采用Logistic回归分析每周在外就餐次数与上述生活方式的相关性。结果 共调查35~60岁职业人群3209名。其中,蔬菜水果摄入充足率为43.22%、身体活动达标率为55.65%,仅28.65%的调查对象同时具备上述两种健康生活方式。有68.53%的调查对象每周至少在外就餐1次。Logistic回归分析显示,每周在外就餐次数每增加1次,蔬菜水果摄入不足、身体活动不足、生活方式不健康的风险分别增加3.4%、4.4%和5.7%。结论 职业人群在外就餐行为较为普遍,并可能增加蔬菜水果摄入不足、身体活动不足的风险,有必要开展深入性的研究及相关健康促进工作。 Objective To evaluate the prevalence of dining out and its relationship with the risk for unhealthy lifestyle among professionals aged 35-60 years old. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to recruit employed adults aged 35-60 years old in Shunyi and Haidian districts in Beijing as well as in the cities of Jiaxing and Tongxiang in Zhejiang province. The information on fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity during last year was inquired with food frequency questionnaire and global physical activity questionnaire, respectively. Results Of 3209 professionals, 43.22% subjects consumed at least 400g fruits and/or vegetables, and 55.65% subjects reached the recommended amount of physical activity. Only 28.65% subjects had both of above healthy lifestyles at the same time. 68.53% subjects had at least once dining out per week. The logistic regression analysis shown that dining out was associated with increased risk for unhealthy lifestyles (OR=1.057, 95%CI ), due to insufficient fruits and/or vegetables consumption (OR=1.034, 95%CI) and physical inactivity (OR=1.044, 95%CI). Conclusion Dining out was common in this middle aged population and may increase the risk for unhealthy lifestyles.
