中国不同地区疾控机构青年职工饮食行为分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Dietary Behavior of Young Employees in Center of Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) in Different Areas of China

摘要 目的:分析我国不同地区疾控机构青年职工饮食行为差异。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)和新疆建设兵团省级疾控机构40岁及以下职工共计6 099人,以网络问卷的形式开展膳食调查。按照经济发展状况分成东、中、西部和东北地区,比较不同地区疾控机构青年职工饮食行为差异。结果:东部地区达到谷薯类推荐摄入量的比例为43.5%,中部地区达到肉类推荐摄入量的比例为45.2%,西部地区受访者不吃水产的比例为18.2%,均显著高于其他地区(P <0.05)。西部地区受访者外就餐/外卖次数≥6次/周的比例为29.0%,东北地区受访者不吃早餐≥5次/周的比例为15.7%,西部地区受访者每日都吃早餐的比例为72.6%,西部地区受访者摄入含糖饮料≥4瓶/周的比例为20.7%,结果均显著高于其他地区(P <0.05)。结论:不同地区疾控青年职工饮食行为存在差异,部分地区存在饮食行为不合理情况,应针对性的加强健康宣教。 [Objective] To analyze dietary behavior of young employees in center of disease control and prevention in different areas of China.[Method] Using the method of cluster sampling,a total of 6 099 employees aged 40 or under from 32 provincial center for disease control and prevention were recruited by cluster sampling,and investigated by network questionnaire.According to the status of economic development,China was divided into eastern,central,western and northeastern regions,and the differences in dietary behaviors of young employees in different regions were compared.[Result] The proportion of met the recommended intake of grain and potato in the eastern region was 43.5%,the proportion of met the recommended intake of meat was 45.2% in the central region,the proportion of did not eat aquatic products was 18.2% in the western region,and were all significantly higher than those in other areas (P <0.05).The proportion of respondents in western region eating out and takeout more than 6 times per week was 29.0%,the proportion of respondents in northeast region who do not eat breakfast more than 5 times per week was 15.7% and in western region who eat breakfast every day was 72.6%,the proportion of respondents in the western region consuming sugar-weetened beverages more than 4 bottles per week was 20.7 %,and were all significantly higher than those in other areas (P <0.05).[Conclusion] There are differences in eating behaviors of young employees in different regions,and some regions have unreasonable eating behaviors.Therefore,health education should be strengthened.
