摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定地桃花中银锻苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;柱温为25℃;检测波长为320 nm。结果:银锻苷在进样量为0.02~1.00μg范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);最低检出限为0.74 ng;平均回收率为98.87%(相对标准偏差RSD为1.48%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确、快速可靠,对地桃花药材的质量控制具有参考价值。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for quantification of tiliroside in Urena lobata L.Methods: The separation was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a gradient elution of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. Results: A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0. 02 ~ 1. 00 μg for tiliroside( r = 0. 999 5),the minimum detection limit was 0. 74 ng,and the average recovery was 98. 87%( RSD = 1. 48%,n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and rapid. It could be used for the quality control of Urena lobata L.
