摘要
目的:研究密花远志Polygala tricornis的化学成分。方法:采用反复柱色谱方法进行分离。利用化合物的光谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离、鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxy bcnzcic acid,Ⅰ),丁香酸葡萄糖苷(ducosyringic acid,Ⅱ),1-O-对香豆酰基葡萄糖(1-O-p-coumamyl-D-glucopyranose,Ⅲ),顺式松柏苷(cis-coniferin,Ⅳ),顺式丁香苷(cis-syringin,Ⅴ)和vacciniin(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Polygala tricornis. Method: Compounds were isolated by repeated silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the roots of P. tricornis, and their structures were identified as p-hydroxy benzoic acid ( Ⅰ ), glucosyringic acid ( Ⅱ ), 1-O-p-coumaroyl-D-glucopyranose (Ⅲ), cis-coniferin (Ⅳ), cis-syringin ( Ⅴ ) and vacciniin (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
