摘要
目的:研究顶花板凳果Pachysandra terminalis Sied.et Zucc.中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、反相ODS C_(18)、半制备液相等色谱技术分离纯化,1D/2D-NMR、MS、IR等波谱学技术解析结构。结果:从顶花板凳果中共分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:顶花板凳果素D(1)、aurantiamide acetate(2)、(+)-(7S,8R,8′R)-异落叶松脂酚(3)、cornilkone B(4)、L-焦谷氨酸甲酯(5)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pachysandra terminalis.Methods:The chemical components were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS C_(18) gel and semi preparative-HPLC chromatographic techniques,the structures were identified by 1D/2D-NMR,MS and IR spectral data analysis.Results:Five compounds were isolated from Pachysandra terminalis and identified as pactermine D(1),aurantiamide acetate(2),(+)-(7S,8R,8′R)-isolapsinol(3),cornilkone B(4),L-pyroglutamic acid methyl ester(5),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 2 to 5 are isolated from Pachysandra terminalis for the first time.
