摘要
以油茶籽为原料,开展了冷榨法制取茶油工艺研究,考察了茶籽前处理、茶籽脱壳工艺、压榨工艺对茶油得率和品质的影响,确定了将茶籽脱壳后直接压榨得到茶油的冷榨工艺路线,在优化工艺条件下,冷榨茶油得率达到25.2%(w/w),提取率为84.5%。冷榨茶油的酸价、过氧化值、羰基值分别是:0.83 mg/g KOH,1.27 mmol/L,1.34 mol/kg,比热榨法制得的茶油显著降低。
This thesis is to carry out a research on the cold pressing method of camellia oil extraction technology from the camellia seed as a raw material. Examines the influence for the camellia oil quality by pretreatment of camellia seed,camellia seed hulling technology and pressing process. Define the cold pressed process route which is pressing oil directly from camellia seed shell,and under the condition of chemical excellent art,cold pressed tea would have reached 25. 2% and the extraction rate would be84. 5%. While the cold pressed acid value,peroxide value and carbony value respectively being:0. 83 mg / g KOH,1. 27 mmol / L and 1. 34 mol / kg,which are significantly reduced than that made by the specific heat pressing process.
