摘要
综述了油茶籽油提取中常用的热榨法、冷榨法、传统溶剂浸出法、亚临界萃取法、超临界萃取法、水代法、水酶法的提取原理、优缺点等,对不同提取方法的油茶籽油提取率及其脂肪酸组成、感官指标、理化指标及功能性成分含量进行了对比分析,为油茶籽油提取工艺的选择提供参考。
The extraction principles,advantages and disadvantages of commonly used extraction methods of oil-tea camellia seed oil,such as hot pressing,cold pressing,traditional solvent extraction,subcritical extraction,supercritical extraction,aqueous extraction and aqueous enzymatic method were summarized.The extraction rate,fatty acid composition,sensory index,physicochemical index and functional components contents of oil-tea camellia seed oil were compared and analyzed so as to provide reference for the selection of extraction technology of oil-tea camellia seed oil.
