波前像差优化LASIK对角膜前表面高阶像差的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察波前像差优化LASIK手术前后角膜前表面高阶像差的变化。方法收集在我院就诊拟行LASIK手术的近视散光患者35例(70眼)。每位患者随机选取一眼行波前像差优化LASIK,对侧眼行传统LASIK。术后6个月观察两组安全性、有效性、预测性及角膜前表面总高阶像差、球差、慧差的变化。结果波前像差优化LASIK与传统LASIK的安全性、有效性及预测性一致。术后6个月,两组角膜前表面总高阶像差、球差及慧差均较术前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。波前像差优化组手术诱导产生的总高阶像差及球差小于传统组(P<0.001),两组手术诱导产生的慧差差异无统计学意义(P=0.516)。结论尽管与传统LASIK相比,波前像差优化LASIK诱导产生更少的总高阶像差及球差,但波前像差优化LASIK术后角膜前表面总高阶像差、球差及慧差仍较术前明显增高。 Objective To observe the changes of anterior surface of corneal higher order aberrations( HOAs)before and after wavefront-optimized laser assisted in-situ keratomi leusis( LASIK). Methods A total of 35 astigmatism myopic patients( 70 eyes) undergoing LASIK were recruited in the study. One eye of each patient was randomized to undergo wavefront-optimized LASIK,and the fellow eye was given traditional LASIK. The safety,efficacy,predictability and the changes of total HOAs,spherical aberration and coma of anterior surface of cornea were analyzed 6 months after the surgery. Results Both wavefront-optimized and traditional LASIK had uniformity safety,efficacy and predictability.The values of total HOAs,spherical aberration and coma of anterior surface of cornea were increased in the two groups in6 months after the surgery compared with those before the operation,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 001). The values of total HOAs and spherical aberration by wavefront-optimized LASIK were significantly less than those by traditional LASIK( P〈0. 001),but the difference in coma between the two groups was not statistically significant( P = 0. 516). Conclusion Although wavefront-optimized LASIK can achieve less total HOAs and spherical aberration than those by traditional LASIK,a significantly elevated total HOAs,spherical aberration and coma of anterior surface of cornea after the treatment is achieved.
