钢渣集料的形貌及对混凝土力学性能的增强效应 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究钢渣集料对混凝土界面结构和力学性能的改善作用,本研究利用钢渣集料制备混凝土,分析钢渣集料体积分数对C20、C50和C80混凝土界面结构和力学性能的增强效应。结果表明:粗颗粒钢渣集料的孔隙率较大、孔径大,少量颗粒呈蜂窝状;细颗粒钢渣集料的孔隙率相对较小、孔径小,但仍可替代天然砂、石料配制混凝土。混凝土中钢渣集料的周围较密实,界面区域粗糙度大,甚至出现不同深度的凹凸面,能起到"锚固"的作用,尤其以孔径大或贯穿时较为显著、钢渣集料能提高高低水灰比下混凝土的抗压强度和抗冲磨强度,随着钢渣集料体积分数的提高,混凝土的抗压强度和抗耐磨强度与钢渣集料的体积分数呈线性增长关系。强度越低,其强度增强效应度越大,体积分数为30%时,钢渣砂、石对C20、C50、C80混凝土的增强效应度分别为29.7%和25.1%、23.0%和12.9%、15.0%和9.9%。掺钢渣砂的C20、C50、C80混凝土的增强效应度约为钢渣石的1.18倍、1.78倍、1.52倍;C80抗冲磨强度的增强效应度约为C50的88.6%、94.8%。 In order to study the role of interface improving structure and mechanical properties of steel slag aggregate on concrete, con- crete was prepared by steel slag aggregate to analyze enhancement effect and interface structure of C20, C50 and C80 concrete based on steel slag aggregate volume fraction.Results show that porosity and aperture of coarse steel slag aggregate particles is large, a small a- mount of particles is honeycomb. Porosity and aperture of fine steel slag aggregates particles is relatively small ,but they can still replace natural sand and stone to preparate concrete. Around of steel slag aggregate is relatively dense, interfacial area roughness is larger, even uneven surfaces at different depths is found in concrete. It can act as a "anchor" role in the large aperture or through the aperture. Com- pressive strength and anti - abrasion resistance is enhanced when steel slag is mixed to C20, C50 and C80 of concrete. It increases linear- ly between compressive strength and anti - abrasion resistance and the volume fraction of steel slag aggregate with the volume fraction of steel slag aggregate is increased.The lower the intensity,the greater the degree of intensity enhancement.The enhancement degree of C20,C50 and C80 concrete are 29.7%and 25.1% ,23.0%and 12.9%, 15.0%and 9.9%due to steel slag sand and stone, the enhancement degree of C20, C50 and C80 concrete with steel slag sand to steel slag stone are 1.18 times, 1.78 times and 1.52times, the enhancement degree of C80 to C50 are 88.6%and 94.8%when the volume fraction is 30%.
