摘要
钢渣内包含的凝胶矿物活性远远低于硅酸盐水泥,同时钢渣冷却速率也明显低于硅酸盐水泥的冷却速率,再加上钢渣内包含了一定的非活性组分,因此界定钢渣属于一项反应弱的材料。在钢渣掺量为10.5%的情况下,对生产水泥的负面没有太大程度的影响,生产水泥期间应用钢渣时,掺量非常小,为了满足水泥基本强度需求,将相应比例的调节剂添加到碱性氧炉钢渣内,炼钢渣处于相互熔融状态以后,能够形成高胶凝活性的新型炼钢渣。
The gel mineral activity in steel slag is much lower than that of portland cement,and the cooling rate of the former is also obviously lower than that of the latter.Therefore,Steel slag is less reactive.When the content of steel slag is 10.5%,it has few negative impact on cement production.In order to meet the basic strength requirement of cement,regulator of corresponding proportion is added to the steel slag in alkaline oxygen furnace.After the slag is melted,a new type of steel slag with high gelation activity can be formed.
