摘要
以绣线梅(Neillia thyrsiflora)的茎尖或带腋芽的茎段为外植体,采用组织培养技术,研究了绣线梅快速繁殖体系。结果表明:芽诱导最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,诱导率为90%;MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L为最佳增殖培养基,增殖系数达7.5;1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L为最佳生根培养基,生根率66.7%。
Taking stem tips and internodes with axillary buds of Neillia thyrsiflora as the explants, the rapid propagation system in vitro was studied by tissue culture techniques. The results showed that MS+6-BA 1. 0 mg/L+NAA 0. 2 rng/L was the suitable medium for explants induction of cluster buds,induction rate reached 90% ;MS+ 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L+NAA 0. 2 m4g/L was the optimizing medium for multi-propagation, and its average proliferation coefficient reached 7. 5% the optimal rooting medium of shoots was 1/2MS+IBA 0. 2 mg/L,the rooting rate was 66. 7%.
