摘要
研究了芳香植物唇萼薄荷组织培养中污染的控制方法 ,结果表明 ,不加吐温 80的唇萼薄荷在 2 5℃培养 ,污染率分别为 38.4 %和 5 3.2 % ;加吐温 80的方法在相同条件下污染率分别降为 6 .0 3%、8.94 %。说明采用加吐温 80的方法可降低污染率 ,从而提高了组织培养的成功率。
The methods of preventing bacteria pollution from the process of tissue culture of Pennyroyal Mint were studied. The resuls showed that the pollution rates of the culture at 25℃ without Tween-80 were 38.4% and 53.2% respectively, while the rate of pollution declined to 6.03% and 8.94% when Tween-80 was used in the culture, indicating that the pollution rate can bemarkedly reduced with the method of using Tween-80.
