星形氢化异戊二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物黏度指数改进剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 文章采用活性阴离子聚合设计合成了星形异戊二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物,采用2-乙基己酸镍/三乙基铝催化体系对聚合物进行加氢,得到了氢化度大于95%的星形氢化异戊二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了共聚物的分子量及其分布,采用1H-NMR表征了共聚物的微观结构。将星形氢化异戊二烯-苯乙烯两嵌段共聚物用作黏度指数改进剂,对增稠能力和剪切稳定性进行了评价,研究了苯乙烯含量、3,4-聚异戊二烯含量以及聚合物的分子量对黏度指数改进剂性能的影响。 In this paper, the star - shaped isoprene - styrene block copolymers were designed and synthesized via anionic polymerization. The catalytic hydrogenations of the copolymers above were conducted by Nickel 2 - ethylhexanoate/triethyl aluminum and the star- shaped hydrogenated isoprene- styrene block copolymers with the hydrogenation degree of more than 95 % were obtained. The molecular weights and molecular weight distributions of the copolymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and the microstructures of the copolymers were measured by LH - NMR. The thickening abilities and shear stabilities of the copolymers as viscosity index improvers (VII) were evaluated and the effects of styrene contents, 3,4 - polyisoprene contents, and the molecular weights of the copolymers on the performances of VII were studied.
