摘要
以精制棕榈油、乙二醇甲醚为原料,金属钠为催化剂,制备出一种新型生物柴油——棕榈油乙二醇甲醚单酯。采用 FT-IR 和~1H NMR 对产物结构进行了表征。通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法分析了原料棕榈油及产物的分子量及其分布,证实了酯交换反应对棕榈油结构的改变。
A new biodiesel,ethylene glycol monomethyl ether palm oil monoester which has more oxygen con- tent,was synthesized with ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and palm oil as raw materials and Na as catalyst. The chemical structure of product was identified through the analyses of FF-IR and ~1H NMR.By analyzing the molecular weight of palm oil and the product with the GPC technique,it was confirmed that the transesteri- fication changed the structure of palm oil.
