摘要
详细叙述了润滑油用黏度指数改进剂的类型、作用机理、改性方法及其制备工艺。通过分析现有产品的结构特点,提出了通过结构设计来指导合成新型黏度指数改进剂的思路和方法。指出了超支化结构聚合物黏度指数改进剂将成为最新一代黏度指数改进剂,并综述了合成超支化聚乙烯的方法。
The types,mechanism,modification methods and preparation technology of viscosity index improver for lubricating oil were introduced in detail.By analyzing the structure characteristics of the existing products,the ideas and methods instructing the synthesis of new type of viscosity index improver were brought out according to the structure design.It was pointed out that the hyperbranched polymer viscosity index improver will become the latest generation of viscosity index improver.The synthesis methods of hyperbranched polyethylene were also reviewed.
