二烷基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸酯作为润滑油添加剂的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 实验室合成了3种分子结构不同的二烷基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸酯(ADDP)。通过元素分析、红外和质谱分析确证了产物的化学组成与结构;采用热重分析仪考察了它们的热稳定性;采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其极压抗磨性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜分析了试验钢球磨损表面形貌。结果表明,二烷基二硫代磷酸丙烯酸酯的热稳定性好于商用ZDDP;ADDP中不同的烷链结构对其抗磨性能的影响不同,带有支链烷基的ADDP比直链烷基的ADDP具有更好的极压抗磨作用,可有效改善润滑油产品的极压抗磨性能,具有广阔的工业应用前景。 Three compounds (ADDP) of dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid and acrylate were synthesized in laboratory. The chemical composition and structure of the ADDP and also their thermal stability were analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, element analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The extreme pressure and antiwear properties of these ADDP were comparatively investigated on four-ball machines, in which the worn surfaces of the steel ball were analyzed by SEM method. The results indicated that thermal stability of the synthesized ADDP was better than that of commercial ZDDP. The antiwear properties of ADDP with different alkyl structure were different. The ADDP with branched alkyl possessed better antiwear properties than the ADDP with unbranched alkyl, which will improve the EP&AW properties of lubricate oil with ADDP as additive and reduce additive package dosage, opening vast vistas for its industrial application.
