催化裂化烟气二氧化碳捕集实验的研究 被引量:1

摘要 石化企业为温室气体二氧化碳(CO_2)的主要排放源之一。针对石化企业的CO_2排放特点,介绍了有机胺吸收法脱除生产装置所排放的烟气中CO_2技术的现状及反应机理。在实验室中,进行了CO_2吸收与解吸的间歇实验和连续性实验。结果表明:甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、位阻胺及其复合吸收剂等具有较高的饱和吸收率;在40~70℃范围内,吸收温度对传统和新型复合吸收剂的吸收解吸性能影响较小;新型复合吸收剂具有更高的CO_2捕集率和解吸率,达到同样的解吸率,解吸温度降低5℃以上;对新型复合吸收剂,适宜的气液体积比(150~200),捕集率可达90%以上,净化气中CO_2含量<1%。 Petrochemical enterprises are one of the main emission sources of carbon dioxide(CO2),one of the greenhouse gases.According to the characteristics of CO2 emission from petrochemical enterprises,the present technologies and the reaction mechanism using organic amines absorption method for removing CO2 from the flue gases are described in this paper.To evaluate the absorption and desorption performance of various amines and new composite adsorbents for CO2 capture,intermittent and continuous tests have been carried out in laboratory.The results show that MDEA,steric hindered amines and their composites possess high saturation absorptivity,and the absorption temperature has little effect on the absorption and desorption performance of the traditional and new composite absorbents at 40~70℃.The new composite absorbents show higher CO2 absorption as well as desorption ratio.With the new composite absorbents,the desorption temperature decreases by more than 5℃as compared to that of the traditional absorbents at the same desorption ratio.The suitable gas-liquid ratio of the new composite absorbents is 150~200(V/V),the adsorption ratio for CO2 is more than 90%,and the content of CO2 in the purified gas is less than 1%.
