摘要
目的探究利妥昔单抗对恶性淋巴瘤患者血清铁调素(hepcidin,Hepc)、可溶性CD40配体(soluble CD40 ligands,CD40L)、血小板衍生生长因子-BB(platelet derived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)与乳酸脱氢酶(lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)水平影响。方法选取厦门大学附属第一医院肿瘤科收取的恶性淋巴瘤患者52例,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组予以环磷酰胺、吡柔比星、长春新碱及泼尼松治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用利妥昔单抗,治疗结束后比较2组患者的hepcidin、s CD40L、PDGF-BB及LDH水平。结果治疗后,2组患者血清hepcidin、PDGF-BB及LDH水平降低(P<0.05),s CD40L水平升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者hepcidin、PDGF-BB及LDH水平较低(P<0.05),s CD40L水平较高(P<0.05)。结论利妥昔单抗对恶性淋巴瘤患者,具有降低血清hepcidin、PDGF-BB与LDH水平,增高s CD40L水平的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of rituximab on serum hepcidin（ Hepc）,soluble CD40 ligands（ s CD40L）,platelet derived growth factor-BB（ PDGF-BB） and lactate dehydrogenase（ LDH） in patients with malignant lymphadenoma. Methods 52 patients with malignant lymphoma from the hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were treated by cyclophosphamide,pirarubicin,vincristine and prednisone and the experiment group were treated on the basis of control group with rituximab. The serum hepcidin,s CD40 L,PDGF-BB and LDH levels were compared after treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment,the serum hepcidin,PDGF-BB and LDH levels were lower（ P〈0. 05）,the s CD40 L level was higher（ P〈0. 05） post-treatment. The serum hepcidin,PDGF-BB and LDH levels in experimental group post-treatment were lower,s CD40 L level was higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The rituximab could reduce serum hepcidin,PDGF-BB and LDH levels and elevate serum s CD40 L level in patients with malignant lymphadenoma.
