去势抵抗性前列腺癌免疫治疗的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 去势抵抗性前列腺癌（castration resistant prostate cancer,CRPC）是前列腺癌诊治中的重点和难点.目前,新型内分泌治疗、免疫治疗、化疗、靶向治疗等多种方法应用于CRPC的治疗.由于前列腺内缺乏输入淋巴管道、无T细胞巢形成,且文献报道T细胞缺陷的小鼠不发生前列腺癌,因此既往前列腺被认为是一个＂免疫特赦＂器官,不适合免疫治疗.
