摘要
以烷基酚、甲醛、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为原料 ,合成海洋原油用破乳剂。其加药量为海洋原油的 0 0 0 1% ,在 80℃下 ,10min完成脱水 ,脱水率达 95 %以上。同时也介绍了壬基酚核数范围DWN和亲水亲油值RSN的测试方法。
The demulsifier is synthesized by using alkylphenol,formaldehyde,ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.Dosage of the demulsifier is 0 001% of the sea crude oil.At 80℃,dehydration is finished in 10 min.The dehydrating rate is above 95%.The testing methods of nonylphenol nucleus number DWN and hydrophile lipophile balance value RSN are also introduced.
