摘要
AP-05稠油破乳剂是针对渤海绥中36-1油田低含水稠油研制的一种油溶性高分子破乳剂。其合成中采用了甲苯二异氰酸酯扩链剂、高效增效剂等先进技术。产品具有优越的破乳性能,对绥中低含水稠油具有出水量大、脱水速度快、油水界面齐、污水含油率低的特点,尤其适合海洋油田原油脱水。
Demulsifier AP-05 is devcloped specially for dchydating low water cut viscous crude oil of offshore Oil Field Suizhong 36-1, Bohai, and consists of a triblock copolyether chain-extended by toluene isocyanate and compounded with ingredients. In laboratory evaluating tests, AP-05 appears to be superior to Petrolite's RP-3562 (in use) and D-6 and home made AE-8031, SP-169 and POI-2420. In the field test over 5 months with AP-05 at use level 290-300 mg/l the water content in purified crude is lowered to<1.0% and in commercial crude-to<0.5%, the quality of separated formation water is significantly improved.
