摘要
本文以壬基酚胺树脂(PAR)为起始剂与环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)聚合,合成一系列PPO、PEO含量不同的嵌段共聚物PAR-PPO-PEO,分别测定了他们的RSN值和破乳脱水效果。结果表明:当PPO数量固定时,RSN值与嵌段共聚物中PEO含量呈线性相关,当PEO含量固定时,RSN值随着PPO数量增加而减小。破乳结果表明:随着RSN值的增加,脱水效果先增加后降低,当PEO含量为30%时对应的RSN值处具有最佳脱水效果。
A series of block copolymers(PAR-PPO-PEO) were synthesized with different proportions of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, and phenol-amine resin(PAR) was used as the initiator. The RSN value of copolymers and their demusification efficiency were measured. The results showed that when the number of PPO is fixed, The RSN value showed a linear correlation with the content of PEO. When the content of PEO was fixed, the RSN value decreased with the number of PPO. The experimental results of demulsification indicated that with the increased of RSN value, the demulsification efficiency increased first and then decreased. When the PEO content of composition was 30 wt%, the RSN value exhibited the best demulsification efficiency.
