摘要
就业指导课采用翻转课堂的教学引发课堂教师角色、教学设计的变革。教师的角色从课堂教学准备者转变为课前视频设计者,从知识传授者演变为生涯教练型指导者;教学设计也从课前教学准备、翻转课堂教学活动设计和教学评价多元化三方面进行变革;有效提高了课堂教学参与度和有效性。
Employment guidance class adopting flipped classroom teaching results in transformation of teachers' role in class and instructional design. The role of teachers is converted from preparer of class teaching into video designer before class, and evolved from knowledge instructor into coaching guider of career. Instructional design is also transformed from three aspects, teaching preparation, instructional activity design of flipped class and teaching evaluation design. It has effectively improved the class teaching involvement and effectiveness.
