摘要
在往复走丝线切割加工过程中,电极丝传输容易发生单边松丝、张紧力控制困难和往复运转张紧力波动大等现象,严重影响电火花线切割加工的效率、精度和稳定性。针对此现状,提出了一种新的走丝方式,采用自适应控制算法,开发一套闭环往复走丝线切割电极丝恒张紧力控制系统。实际加工数据表明:该系统对电极丝张紧力的控制效果显著,其幅值波动小于±0.4 N,明显减少电极丝运转时产生的挠曲变形和振动现象,与此同时也很大程度提高线切割机床的加工性能。
In the reciprocating wire electrical discharge machining( WEDM) process,it is normal problem that loosening wire tension in one transporting direction,difficult to control wire tension,major fluctuations of wire tension in two transmission directions,thus these phenomena have a strong impact on efficiency,precision and stability. According to this situation,a new method of transporting wire was proposed,and adaptive control algorithm was adopted,then a closed-loop control system of stabilizing wire tension was developed. The practice machining data indicated that the wire tension is adequately controlled by this presented control system,its amplitude is controlled less than ±0. 4 N,and the vibration and deflection phenomena are significantly decreased,and the using performance of WEDM is greatly improved.
