摘要
电火花线切割机电极丝张力的大小对加工质量、效率有重要影响。分析了高速走丝线切割机使用重锤式恒张力机构存在的缺点,并详细阐述了两种新型的双贮丝筒恒张力控制装置是如何实现电极丝恒张力控制的。
The tension of the WEDM play a important role in machining quality, machining efficiency and wire breakage. The paper have analysis on the defect of HSWEDM which use gravity takeup. Detail analysis have been made on two new kind constant tension system of double canisters how to achieve constant tension.
