摘要
介绍了"中走丝"机床过去和目前的技术水平、发展态势及指标特征,分析了"中走丝"机床未来的发展方向,即根据其技术特点,发展的主要方向应定位在:提升大电流下的工艺指标,高厚度及高厚度大锥度多次切割,提高切割精度及细节精度,提高操作自动化、可控化程度等方面。研究认为"中走丝"机床因具有其自身独特的工艺特点,必将获得持续的发展。
This paper introduced the past and present technological development level, development trends and index characteristics of "medium-speed wire cut electrical discharge machining (MS-WEDM)",and analyzed the future development direction of "MS-WEDM",that is, according to the technical characteristics of MS-WEDM,the main development directions should be aimed at:improving of process indicators with high current, multiple cutting of high thickness and big taper with high thickness workpiece ,increase of cutting accuracy and precision of details,upgrading operational and controllable automation level,and so on. Research sugested that "MS-WEDM" will be gained continuous development due to its own unique process characteristics.
