摘要
在空间复杂曲面零件及大厚度、大行程模具零件加工中,为了消除电极丝损耗对加工精度的影响,分析了导致电极丝损耗的主要因素以及对加工精度的影响.提出了一种电极丝损耗实时检测方法.以北京众为兴公司M系列数据采集卡PCI-1203和北京海泉公司的高精度位移传感器为硬件,以Labview为软件开发平台,设计了快走丝电火花线切割电极丝损耗实时检测控制系统.该系统通过数据采集卡对现场的电极丝损耗进行实时采集,并由开发的软件平台对采集的信号进行分析与处理.同时将采集的数据存盘,调试结果表明,该系统具有界面友好、测量精度高、安全可靠、易于操作等特点,为后续研制电极丝损耗在线检测及实时补偿控制系统打下良好基础.
The electronic wire (wire tool) will lose in wire cut electronic discharge machining with high speed (WEDM - HS), especially in machining thick mould parts. In order to decrease the negative influence to machining precision, the main wire loss factors and the their influence to machining precision are analyzed. A wire loss online detection method is proposed, and a wire loss online detection control system in WEDM - HS based on the hardware of data acquisition (PCI - 1203) and a high precision displacement sensor and the software platform of Labview is designed. The system can analyze and process the online gathered wire loss data, save the wire loss data to and display the data in a chart. The test results show that the control software has a friend interface and a high precision and can be operated easily ard saftly, which gives a powerful support to the wire loss real time compensation control system in 2D WEDM - HS.
