摘要
由于双拼十字角钢截面受力不均及经济性较差,本文提出采用角钢焊接钢板的Y型组合截面设计特高压铁塔.经过构件有限元分析、构件与铁塔真型试验,获得Y型截面合理的轴心受压承载力计算方法,Y型截面角钢轴心受压承载力可按钢结构规范b类柱子曲线及相关弯扭失稳折算公式进行计算,相比双拼十字角钢节省输电塔材料量约7%.
Due to the uneven stress and low cost-effectiveness of double cross angle cross section,this paper puts forward a Y-type composite section with angle steel welding steel plate for UHV Tower.Through finite element analysis,along with the component and the tower model test,calculation method of bearing capacity of axially loaded Y section is obtained.Bearing capacity of Y type steel axial compression can be calculated according to code of steel structures B column curves and flexural-torsional buckling conversion formula,which saves the transmission tower material amount to about 7% compared to double cross angle.
