摘要
我国《钢结构设计规范》规定了由构件高厚比或宽厚比来判定构件局部稳定的方法。对于承载力要求较高的重要结构构件,有必要对其实际工作状态下的稳定性进行进一步检测。本文采用预应力技术对焊接钢板柱进行了应力(应变)检测,进而完成了比规范方法更为精确的局部稳定性判定。应用这一试验方法还可以得到构件在实际工况下的安全储备,是对钢结构构件的工程检测的有益尝试。
According to Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structure,local stability should be judged by web slenderness.While for member of significance,it is necessary to monitor its actual service condition.In the experiment of this paper,prestressing technology is adopted to test 17.4m welded steel plate column of "I" type.In this article,prestressing technology is used to detect the stress of welded steel plate column,and then achieve the determinant which is more precise than the method presented in the Code.It is a useful exploration for the engineering test of steel structure.
