摘要
通过对某高层商住楼的检测,分析了造成建筑物不均匀沉降的主要原因,指出基础后浇带的设置位置和封闭时间、复合地基软弱下卧层及上部受力不均是造成不均匀沉降不可忽视的重要因素。
The whole detection of a commercial building, and analyze the reasons that cause uneven settlement, after which the pouring position with the set-up and closing time, the differences of the lower and upper force of composite ground that the factors cause the uneven settlement can not be ignored.
