摘要
随着人力资源管理专业教学改革的不断深化,在实践教学方法中引入"真人密室逃脱"游戏,是创新本专业实践教学方法的重要举措。本文首先分析了人力资源管理专业实践教学的常用方法以及创新实践教学方法的现实意义,并结合真人密室逃脱的特点,将真人密室逃脱与人力资源管理专业实践教学有机地结合起来。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of human resource management, the introduction of the＇ real escape＇ game is an important measure to innovate the practical teaching method. This paper first analyzes the practical teaching of human resource manage- ment professional practice, and the practical significance of innovative practice teaching method, and combined with the characteristics of real life, the reality of the escape and human resources management professional practice teaching.
