摘要
当今法律逻辑学面临的首要教学问题是:分清普通逻辑学和法律逻辑学的区别;分清法理学和法律逻辑学的区别;弄透法律逻辑学的根本要点是"法律";注重法律的推理;理论联系实际。本文以密室逃脱策划方案及活动为例子,研究法律逻辑学的教学改革。
The top teaching problems faced by the current legal logic are as follows：distinguishing common logic from legal logic;distinguishing legal reasoning and legal logic; making clear that the basic point of legal logic is＂law＂;focusing on the reasoning of law;connecting theory with practice. Exemplified by room escape plan and its activities, this paper studied the teaching reform of legal logic.
