颌骨垂直向异常患者中颞下颌关节结构的情况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨颌骨垂直向异常患者中颞下颌关节结构的变化情况。方法:随机选取近两年在我院正颌正畸科就诊的患者255例为受试对象,其中男性80例,女性175例,年龄10-45岁,常规拍摄头颅定位正侧位片,口内全景X线片及颞下颌关节开闭口斜矢状位磁共振,并对关节结构情况进行观察,其结果采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果:全部255例正畸就诊患者中,高角患者98例,关节结构异常76例,异常比例77.6%,均角患者132例,关节结构异常81例,异常比例61.4%,低角患者25例,关节结构异常19例,异常比例76%。结论:颞下颌关节结构异常在正畸就诊人群中的比例较高,其中以高角患者患病率最高。 Objective: To investigate the structural abnormalities of the tempora-mandibular joint(TMJ) in patients with different maxillary and mandibular vertical positions. Methods: 255 subjects were randomly selected from the orthodontic patients treated in our hospital in the past two years: 80 males and 175 females, and ages from 10 to 45 years old. Panoramic radiographs, lateral and posterior-anterior cephromatric radiographs, and MRIs for TMJ with open and closed mouth positions were taken to evaluate the anatomical structures of the TMJs. Statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS 17.0.Results: Among all the 255 patients, there were 98 high angle patients with 76 patients(77.6%) with abnormal TMJ structures, 132 average angle patients with 81 patients(61.4%) with abnormal TMJ structures, 25 low angle patients with 19 patients(76%) with abnormal TMJ structures. Conclusion: TMJ structure abnormity is common in orthodontic patients, especially in high angle patients.
