摘要
目的:分析研讨口腔正畸治疗中为患者结合锥形束CT检查的临床价值。方法:选取2021年6月~2022年1月入院的60例口腔正畸患者,随机分为观察组及观察组,各30例。观察组患者采用X射线检查配合治疗,观察组患者在此基础上实施锥形束CT检查配合治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者SNB高于观察组,SNA和ANB低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者吞咽、咀嚼、语言均高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者上中切牙凸距离和上中切牙倾角大于观察组,磨牙移位距离小于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者牙齿整齐程度、咬合接触情况、前牙覆合覆盖率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗患者采取锥形束CT检查可改善患者正畸效果。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of cone beam CT in orthodontic treatment.Methods:60 cases of orthodontic patients admitted from June 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with X-ray examination,while the patients in the observation group were treated with cone beam CT examination on this basis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,SNB of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and SNA and ANB were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Swallowing,chewing and language in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The convexity distance and inclination angle of upper central incisors in the observation group were greater than those in the reference group,and the displacement distance of molars in the observation group was less than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The tooth regularity,occlusal contact and coverage of anterior teeth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conical beam CT examination can improve the orthodontic effect of orthodontic patients.
