摘要
基于江油市林业产业和森林资源的实际情况,提出利用自身资源优势,抓住“两大工程”以及国家实施野生动植物保护和自然保护区建设工程,大力扶持森林公园建设的历史机遇,围绕森林食品、药物、林副产品加工,竹藤花卉苗木、森林公园等5大产业化建设,提高江油市林产业竞争力和促进林业可持续发展。
Hospital is one of public utility buildings with largest energy consumption. The retrofitting of hospital ward building is top priority. Through the characteristics analysis of the energy-saving retrofitting project hospital, combined with the energy efficiency design, construction and management of a certain hospital ward building, the building energy efficiency implementation managing method is proposed from the aspects of technology and management to achieve the predetermined goal.
