摘要
针对目前住宅建筑窗体普遍存在着结露现象,直接影响着建筑的功能和使用寿命,同时影响客户的满意度,不符合节能设计思路的问题,分析了结露产生的原因以及从材料、设计、施工、使用四个方面来防治结露的方法。结果表明:窗体结露应以防为主,防治结合。
There exists the phenomenon of frosting at a large scale in house building wmaows. The house building window frosting directly affects the function service and life, and does not satisfy the user, or conform to the purpose of saving energy. The reasons for frosting were analyzed. The precautions were proposed in terms of the four aspects such as material, design, construction and use. Prevention is the first concern for window frosting, but with prevention and solution to go together.
