摘要
为解决新时期军队营区物业管理存在的问题,利用演化博弈理论构建基于军队与物业管理企业为主体的博弈模型,通过复制动态方程的动态趋势和稳定性分析对军队营区物业管理的影响因素进行了深入的探讨,提出相关的措施建议。结果表明加大惩罚力度、降低监督成本是有效约束物业管理企业行为,提高营区物业管理水平的措施办法,该方法对解决营区物业管理存在的矛盾问题具有一定的理论参考意义。
In order to solve the problems existing in the army camp property management in the new period,the evolutionary game theory is used to build based on military and realty management enterprise as the main body of the game model,by replicating the dynamic trend and analysis the stability of the dynamic equation of the army camp the influence factors of property management has carried on the deep discussion,relevant suggestions are put forward.The results show that reducing supervision cost and increas⁃ing punishment can be effective measures to restrain the behavior of property management enterprises and improve the level of prop⁃erty management in barracks.
