摘要
质量控制的PDCA循环是质量管理的常用理论模型,基于PDCA循环模型,结合我国研究生教育的实际,从改进和完善研究生培养质量控制体系的角度,针对性地提出了促进我国当前研究生培养质量的建议.
PDCA （Deming circle.） is a management method used in business for the control and continuous im-provement of processes and quality. Combining theory with practice of postgraduate education in China,this arti-cle tried to discusses how to improve the quality of postgraduate education from the point of view of postgraduate education quality control system improvement and perfection, and contributed some valuable recommendation.
