摘要
土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式必须以社会需求为导向。文章以毕业生和用人单位调查反馈意见为基础,就实践性教学、面向工程实际的工程技术教育模式、"双师型"师资结构、培养质量控制体系等方面进行了探索性研究。
The pattern for constructing practice -oriented talents majoring in civil engineering must be targeted at social demands. This article discusses the teaching reformation such as the practice teaching , engineering technology education pattern facing to actual project, reasonable teachers structure, and train quality control .
