摘要 丙二酰CoA不仅是脂肪酸合成的中间产物,而且对脂肪酸代谢、胰岛素分泌、机体能量消耗和采食量的调控具有重要作用。乙酰辅酶A羧化酶、丙二酰CoA脱羧酶及营养状况调控机体内丙二酰CoA的水平,而丙二酰CoA主要经由肉毒碱脂酰转移酶来调节脂肪酸代谢,进而调控胰岛素分泌,采食量等。本文主要综述了丙二酰CoA的调控与功能及其在哺乳动物的研究进展。 Malonyl - CoA is an intermediate in the pathways of de novo fatty acid biosynthesis and also important for fatty acid metabolism, insulin secretion, energy consumption and feed intake. The levels of malonyl - CoA in mammalian were regulated by acetyl - CoA carboxylase, malonyl - CoA decarboxylase and nutriture. Further- more, the malonyl -CoA function was performed by camitine palmitoyltransferase. The present study surveyed the regulation and function of malonyl - CoA in mammalian.
