外源ABA对辣椒幼苗抗冷性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以辣椒幼苗为试材,采用常温+ABA、常温+水、低温+ABA、低温+水等几种不同处理,探讨外源ABA对低温下辣椒幼苗抗冷性有关生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明,ABA预处理可以降低辣椒幼苗叶片相对电导率(REC)和丙二醛(MDA)的积累量,从而缓解低温对质膜的过氧化伤害;通过增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性来促进活性氧代谢,并提高可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸等渗透调节物质的含量来增强低温下辣椒幼苗的抗冷性,进而适应低温环境。 Using pepper seedlings as materials,we set four treatment combinations,room temperature+ spraying ABA,room temperature+spraying water,low temperature+spraying ABA and low temperature+spraying water,and studied effects of spraying exogenous ABA on physiological indexes related with chilling resistance of pepper seedlings.The results showed that ABA pretreatment could reduce the accumulation of relative conductivity and malondiadehyde content in pepper seedlings,which alleviated the oxidative damage of low temperature on plasma membrane.And ABA pretreatment could enhance the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase,which promoted the metabolism of reactive oxygen,and could increase the contents of proline and soluble protein to enhance the chilling resistance of pepper seedlings,making pepper seedlings adopt to low-temperature environment.
