摘要 杂交水稻幼苗3℃胁迫36h后,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和ATP含量明显下降,膜脂过氧化作用加强,膜透性增大。当用10 ̄(-5)mol/LABA预处理幼苗后,SOD活性和ATP含量下降受到抑制,膜脂过氧化作用减弱,膜透性降低。同位素示踪表明,ABA使幼苗SOD活性增强的原因是促进了SOD的再合成,而不是激活其活性。同时证明,膜脂过氧化与SOD活性的变化有着密切联系。 When hybrid rice seedlings were exposed to cold stress conditions(3℃)for 36 hours,amarked decline of SOD activity and ATP content in them was observed, the peroxidation ofmembrane lipids was intensified and the permeability of the membranes was increased.Pretreatmentof the seedlings with ABA at 10 ̄(-5)mol/L before subjecting them to cold stress retaeded the decline ofSOD activity and ATP content, weakened membrane lipid peroxidation and decreased membranepermeability.Isotopic tracing showed that ABA promoted the re synthesis of SOD in hybrid riceseelings rather than activated its activity.Peroxidation of membrane lipids was found to be clocelyrelated to the changes in SOD activity.
