摘要
近年来,随着高校毕业生就业形势的日益严峻,大学生创业和创业教育已逐渐成为全社会关注的热点。工科类大学生以先进的专业技术为依托,理应是大学生创业的主体力量,拥有先天的创业优势。然而,也正因为工科的专业特点,使得大部分工科学生创业意识淡薄,创业知识短板,创业能力欠缺,因此解决工科大学生的创业教育困境,需要进一步强化其创业理念,完善知识体系并搭建实践平台,以此实现工科类大学生创新人才培养的目标。文章具体分析了工科类大学生创业教育的困境及其对策。
In recent years, with the employment circumstances of college graduates being increasingly severe, college students＇entrepreneurship education has become the focus of attention from the whole society.Relying on advanced technical expertise, engineering students are supposed to be the main force of business students, having innate entrepreneurial advantages.However, because of the professional characteristics of engineering, most of the engineering students lack of entrepreneurial consciousness, business knowledge and entrepreneurship.So, to solve the plight of engineering students＇entrepreneurship education, we need to further strengthen their entrepreneurial consciousness, improve their business knowledge and build platforms of practice.In this way, we can achieve the goal of cultivating creative talents.
