摘要 2015年,北京市教委启动高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目。本文对贯通培养试验项目实施的必要性进行了论述,根据北京财贸职业学院的教学改革与实践,总结了现阶段贯通培养试验在人才培养中具有"高"、"厚"、"宽"、"新"等四个特点、并针对现阶段及今后可能面临的问题提出了初步的解决办法和建议。认为,贯通培养试验项目具有清晰的顶层设计和广泛的社会认可,通过不断探索,总结经验,一定能够确保人才培养质量,为职业教育改革趟出一条新路。 In 2015, Beijing municipal commission of education starts the pilot project of run -through cultivation. This article discusses the significance of this project, and summarizes four features of high, thick, wide and new in the proses of run - through talents cultivation at present based on the teaching reformation and practice of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce. According to the potential problems of present and future, we put forward some preliminary solutions and suggestions. We think that the pilot project of run - through cultivation has the clear top design and extensive social recognition, and furthermore we could guarantee the quality of talents ' cultivation and explore a new road for the vocational education reformation through constantly exploring and summarizing experi- ence.
