摘要
科学有效地进行班级管理对学生的成长具有重要意义。本文从自身的实践出发,对如何有效有序地进行班级管理,如何在实践中突出高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目基础教育阶段特色作了研究,并结合实例进行探讨,力求为最大化地发挥班级管理的积极作用,促进学生自主全面发展提供思路。
Scientific and effective class management is of great significance to the growth of students. In this paper, the authorresearch onhow to achieve effective class management, how to highlight the characteristic of basic education of the advanced technical and skilled talent program from the practice. Through the discussion with practical examples, the paper provide ideas formaximizing the positive role of class management, and promoting self- directed development and all-round development of students.
