摘要
新创企业从创意产生到机会筛选、组织孕育、发展能力论证和走向成熟,需要经历不同的发展阶段。伴随着新创企业的成长,创业团队的组建和发展也经历着自发形成、寻求增长、愿景形成和制度化这样一个渐进的动态过程。为了适应内外部环境的变化,准确识别和把握各种市场机会,积极获取企业发展资源,要求创业团队成员在企业成长和团队发展的不同阶段拥有不同的胜任能力。因此,创业团队的胜任能力有着明显的动态性变化。
From idea generation, to opportunity screening, tissue inoculation, and demonstration of development ability and to mature, new ventures need to go through different stages of development. Accompanied by the growth of new ventures, the formation and development of the entrepreneurial team has also experienced such a dynamic evolutionary process as spontaneous formation, pursuit of growth, form vision and institutionalization. In order to adapt to the changes in the internal and external environment, accurate identification and grasp the market opportunities, and actively acquire the business development resources, the team members must have different competence when entrepreneurial team at different stages of enterprise development. Therefore, the entrepreneurial team's competency has a clear dynamic change.
