摘要
目的为更好地评价国内红霉素眼膏的质量,建立测定红霉素眼膏中红霉素组分的方法。方法建立并优化提取方法,采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定红霉素组分。结果采用p H7.0磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(1:1)进行一步萃取,提取效果较好;经过方法学验证试验,该方法可用于测定红霉素眼膏中红霉素组分测定。结论本文建立的提取和测定方法为红霉素眼膏质量控制提供了较好的分析方法。
Objective The existing standard of erythromycin ophthalmic ointment is not related to the control of erythromycin components,while erythromycin A is the major pharmacodynamics composition. In order to comparison the quality of domestic erythromycin ophthalmic ointment, we establish a method for the determination of erythromycin components in the erythromycin ophthalmic Extraction method, HPLC gradient elution method was used ointment. Method To establish and optimize the for the determination of erythromycin components. Result It is better to use the PBS（pH7.0）- methanol （1：1） by one step extraction; after the methodology validation test,it is proved that the method can be used to the determination of erythromycin components in the erythromycin ophthalmic ointment.Conclusion The method established in this paper provides a better analytical extraction and determination method for quality control of erythromycin ophthalmic ointment.
